Description Emergency exit double latch lock case with emergency exit handle

Used for emergency exit doors where locking with a cylinder latch, door handle latch retention, and approved single-handle opening is desired.

Always used in conjunction with Ruko emergency exit fitting 179A

Approved EN179 Emergency Exit hardware. The lock case is approved for use in doors classified as emergency exit doors. The door handle latch is retracted into the lock case using the door handle. The cylinder latch is retracted into the lock case with a key or thumb turn. From the inside, the door handle latch and cylinder latch are retracted into the lock case with the emergency exit handle. The cylinder latch cannot be blocked in the unlocked position. Lock case 722 can be supplied with a microswitch (MG). This provides an indication of locked/unlocked, as well as the use of the emergency exit handle. The faceplate is made of polished zinc-treated steel, providing a resistant and neutral surface that fits into all environments. The latch is made from a single piece of steel that is turned and treated with polished zinc.
