Key Features

Extremely compact design - miniature motor and plastic components make this one of the smallest rotary paddle sensors available. Easy torque adjustment - simply remove cover and reposition spring for optimal sensitivity. Magnetic slip mechanism - protects motor from excessive force applied to paddle, ensuring long service life. Easy maintenance - internal components removable with sensor still mounted.​

Operation Principle

The paddle rotates slowly when no material is present. When material covers the paddle, rotation stops and the motor actuates a microswitch, providing output signal and stopping motor revolution simultaneously. When material level falls below the paddle, the motor automatically resets and paddle resumes rotation.​
