Ropex RES-403 microprocessor-based Resistron temperature controller for sensorless closed-loop control of heat-sealing bands, rated for 400 VAC line supply. Unit is in good working used condition with multiple status LEDs and pluggable terminal blocks; see photos/label for wiring and settings.

Condition

• Used, in good working condition.

• Cosmetic wear consistent with normal panel service: scuffs, scratches and some discoloration on housing; terminal labels and printing remain fully legible (see photos).

• All green pluggable terminal blocks present, many with existing labeled wires that can be removed or reused.

• No original documentation, accessories, external transformers, potentiometers or display units included.

• This is the 400 VAC line version RES-403/400VAC, suitable for 3‑phase sealing systems in the 380–415 V range; verify line voltage and DIP switch configuration for your installation.

• Supports Autocal, Autotune, Autorange and Autocomp functions for simplified commissioning and automatic adaptation to different band lengths and alloys.

• Ideal as a replacement controller in existing Ropex heat-sealing systems; newer RES-500x series are suggested by Ropex as functional successors if upgrading.​

• Professional installation and parameterization according to the Ropex manual are strongly recommended; sold as a used industrial controller.
